Susquehanna Regional EMS is a cooperative, hospital-based, EMS system serving Lycoming, Tioga and Sullivan Counties and surrounding areas in North Central Pennsylvania.
Our organization covers approximately 3000 square miles across the 3 counties, providing care to more than 160,000 residents and responding to over 20,000 calls for service each year.
In 2024, SREMS was honored as the Pennsylvania EMS Agency of the Year (Large Agency Division), and in 2025, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) recognized SREMS with the Dick Ferneau Career Service of the Year Award at the national level.
Our 911 operations include five Mobile Intensive Care Units, two single-paramedic EMS squads, and two Paramedic Supervisors. For non-emergency interfacility transports, we operate four Basic Life Support ambulances, two wheelchair vans, and one stretcher van.
